Frame has been on a mission since 2009 to offer an alternative way to keep fit and stay active and crucially to make fitness fun, inclusive and for every-body and our educational arm Frame Academy, underpins these beliefs.
Students at the Frame Academy will benefit from a practical approach from tutors who bring this fun ethos into the classroom to ensure learners come away feeling confident and enthused about teaching. They are also shown how the impact of the group instructor can have a significant positive impact on the lives of their participants.
Upon completion of this course, there will be an opportunity for students to apply to our graduate programme and to then trial to become an instructor at Frame. Successful graduates will be qualified to teach Frame's full range of Reformer Pilates classes.
"I recently completed my Pilates reformer instructor training through the frame academy. The course was excellent and I highly recommend to anyone who is passionate about Pilates and wanting to either get into the industry for the first time or take their Mat training to the next level. What I loved about the course was that it was relaxed and practical whilst still being professional (e.g. it had all the bells and whistles). From the first day we were putting the learning into practice and teaching each other. Personally this is the best way for me to learn, rather than sitting in a class room for days and days…. My instructor / teacher was Keziah and her style of the teaching was fantastic. She was super knowledgeable, informative, patient, encouraging and basically she made the course for me."

“The pilates course was exactly what I needed and more. I learnt so much in such a short time yet without feeling overwhelmed by it. The structure of the course was great, we got loads of practice teaching time right from the outset which is so helpful in building confidence and getting the fear out of the way.”
"It covered so much in a relatively short pace of time, I'm already missing my weekends at the studio. Its very rare that you get to teach your course mates from the off and I think it will be invaluable for all of us once we are out in the world as qualified teachers. I can't recommend the course highly enough."
"I really liked how practical the course was, from day one we started teaching which set it apart from other training courses. The content was really well ordered, covering the anatomy, teaching and then more indent topics such as 1-1 and dynamic class plans which was really helpful."
